# Access Membership Terms

**Membership Fee:** The Access membership is subject to the payment of an annual subscription fee, the amount of which is determined and may be updated from time to time at our third party shop platform’s sole discretion. The fee shall be paid in AED or in virtual points through your wallet. The subscription is valid for one year from the date of payment and is renewable annually. Any changes to the subscription fee shall (i) not affect current subscriptions during their validity period, and (ii) apply only upon renewal or to new subscriptions. Once paid, the subscription fee is non-refundable.

* Access to Discounts and Coupons: Access members will have privileged access to a variety of discounts and coupons, ranging from substantial price reductions to special bundle offers. These offers are subject to change periodically, and members will be promptly notified via email or through the Access Membership website.
* Participation in Special Events: Access Membership members will receive priority invitations and access to a diverse array of exclusive special events, such as product launches, hands-on workshops, and thought-provoking tech seminars. Members will be given the opportunity to RSVP for these events before the general public.
* Newsletter Subscription: Subscribing to the Access Membership newsletter ensures that members are kept up to date with the latest tech trends, product releases, and exclusive member-only promotions. The newsletter will be delivered to the email address provided during registration.
* Community Participation: Access Membership is dedicated to fostering a vibrant tech community where members can actively engage in discussions, share their knowledge, ask questions, and connect with other tech enthusiasts and professionals. Members are encouraged to actively participate in discussions, share their insights, and network with fellow members.
* No Refund Policy: Access Membership does not offer refunds for membership fees. Once your payment is processed, it is non-refundable. Membership benefits are available for the full duration of the one (1) year membership period.

* Access Membership adheres to a strict no-refund policy for membership fees. Once your payment is processed, it is non-refundable. We recommend thoroughly reviewing the membership benefits before joining.

* Access Membership respects your communication preferences. You may choose to opt out of receiving newsletters and updates at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in our communications.
