2. Basic Safety & Maintenance

Electrical Safety: Only use the power cable provided in the box to power your device and connect it only to compatible power sources. Check electrical specifications to ensure device compatibility.

Ventilation: Ensure the device's vents are not blocked to prevent overheating.

Liquid Exposure: Keep the device away from liquids to avoid damage.

Cleaning: Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth regularly to prevent the accumulation of dust outside and inside the device.

Caution: Do not use chemical cleaners, as these might damage the finishing on the surface of the device.

3. Setup Instructions

  1. Unbox and Inspect:

    • Open the box and ensure that all the items listed in Section 4 [What’s in the Box] are present and in brand-new condition.*

    • Locate the serial number and the mac-address on the back of the device and note it down for later steps.

  2. Connect to Power:

    • Plug the appropriate end of the power cable to your Computer Device.

    • Connect the other end to a power outlet.

  3. Network Connection

    • Take the Ethernet cable from the box.

    • Plug the blue color-coded end of the cable into the WAN port of your device.

    • Plug the yellow color-coded end of the cable into a free port on your WiFi router.

    • Wait approximately 15-30 minutes for the device to activate.

    • A green indicator in front of your device will light up to let you know that you have connected to the network successfully.

    • Each device is linked to the order ID and is non-transferrable.
