This Cancellation and Replacement Policy ("Policy") governs the terms and conditions for canceling an order on the Horys Technologies website ("Website", "we", "our") made by the customer ("Customer", "you", "your") before it has been shipped. This Policy should be read in conjunction with the Delivery Policy available on our website.
1.1. The Purchaser shall have the right to cancel an order strictly within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of order confirmation, or prior to the order being shipped from the warehouse, whichever occurs first. Any cancellation request made outside of this timeframe shall not be accepted, and the Purchaser shall remain liable for the full value of the order. 2. Conditions for cancellation:
2.1. To request a cancellation, you must contact our third party shop platform support team at https://support.horysmall.com/support/home within the twenty-four (24) hours timeframe mentioned above, providing the necessary order details and reason for cancellation.
2.2. If your cancellation request is received and processed before the order is shipped, subject to Section 2.5. below, you may indeed be eligible for a refund. In such cases, the amount you paid will be credited back to the original credit or debit card used for the payment.
2.3. Please note that during the refund process, the payment transaction fee or any other applicable fees associated with the payment will be deducted. This deduction covers any fees incurred during the initial payment transaction.
2.4. Please refer to our Delivery Policy for information on the expected shipping timeframes.
2.5. If the cancellation request is not submitted within the 24-hour time frame or if the order has already been shipped as described in Section 1.1., the order shall be deemed final and non-cancellable. In such cases, Customers will not be entitled to a return, refund, or exchange. It is the Customerβs responsibility to ensure timely action within the cancellation window.
